Welcome to OneStar! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneStar game and website operated by Red Globe Studios ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using OneStar, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

OneStar is free to play with all cards available to everyone. We may introduce optional cosmetic purchases in the future. Any such purchases are:

• Non-refundable except as required by law
• For personal use only and non-transferable
• Subject to additional terms at time of purchase

7. Early Access and Beta

During early access or beta periods:

• Features may be incomplete, buggy, or change significantly
• Game data may be reset or wiped
• Services may be interrupted for updates or maintenance
• Your feedback helps improve the game

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your access to the game will be revoked
• Your game data may be deleted
• These Terms will continue to apply to past use

OneStar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Preservation of game data or progress
• Specific features or content availability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Globe Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of OneStar.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OneStar after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
